At Feniq Official, we make delivery simple and straightforward.

Shipping Area
We currently ship across Lebanon. International shipping is not available at this time. For international orders, contact us at feniqofficial@gmail.com.

Shipping Cost
Flat-rate shipping is $4 per order, shown at checkout with no hidden fees.

Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Order Processing & Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Lebanon. Please have the exact amount ready when possible.

Delivery Information
Please provide an accurate phone number and complete address, including helpful landmarks, to avoid delivery delays.

Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at feniqofficial@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos where applicable.
